My first ever ACIL area for this year was fun but tiring hehe :D I changed my area from San Mats last year to Escopa this year. Don't wanna use my Saturdays anymore! Anyways, though I'm not sure if the kids are actually learning anything, at least we played games and ( I hope) everyone enjoyed it.
I had no plans of going this week since ACTM is supposed to have dance practice for the GA. But since it got cancelled, I rushed off to ACIL (good thing I wasn't wearing heels!). So it was pretty embarrasing since I wasn't able to prepare for anything ----lesson plans, games, visual aids, prayer, etc. Good thing for our freshie parnters, Arianne and I were able to play along. The kids in Escopa are "wilder" than those in San Mats. San Mats kids are more behaved and they're really fat and cute! So I hope Maiky will be generous enough to distribute powedered milk for the kids this Christmas, so they'll get chubbier.
When I got home, I was so tired I ahd to take a nap before I finish my damn marketing case. I swear I never wanna hear the name Barnes and Noble again!
Too bad I won't be able to go to ACIL's Acquaintance party which I really really really wanted to go to!!! It sounds fun haha, dress in your favorite fantasy character or beauty pageant whatever. Arianne and Ray planned to go as the Sugo twins while Maiky plans to be Esmeralda with matching white "shorts" and pink kortina skirt.
